Where is Winter WonderLights located?Address: 7595 E Lincoln Hwy, Merrillville, IN Winter WonderLights is conveniently situated on US-30, approximately 4 miles east of I-65. You can find us on the south side of US-30, between Grand Blvd and Randolph Street. Entrance to the show is located on the west side of the property, next to the church.

Do I have to pick a specific date/time?Initially you will have to pick a date, but our tickets are worry free and can be used on a different night if plans change. You are not tied down to the date and time you chose to purchase the ticket. Our dates and hours for the season are updated on our website. Keep in mind, you can show up at any time during our operating hours of the night you choose.

What are the light show hours?The operating hours will be Sunday-Thursday 5:30pm-9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 5:30pm-9:30pm. We are OPEN on Christmas and Christmas Eve from 5:30pm-8:30pm! Please refer to the schedule for which nights of the season are available. These hours are subject to change based on weather, traffic, and staffing. Our Facebook page will have the most up to date info on these changes.

Is my ticket refundable?Unfortunately, no. Due to the seasonal nature and high demand of Winter WonderLights, all sales are final.

How can I contact Winter WonderLights for questions?We strive for the best customer service we can offer. Due to limited staff, we can only take inquiries by email at contact.wonderlights@gmail.com. We normally will respond within 24-48hrs.

Are you open during rain or snow?Yes! But, heavy rain/wind/snow storms can affect our hours. If we deem the weather to pose safety issues for customers or staff, we will close the show. Your ticket will be still honored on a future available date in the season. Our Facebook page will have the most up to date info on closings.

Are there food options at Winter WonderLights?No. But, you are welcome to bring your own goodies in your car!

Can you buy tickets at the door?Yes! We will have attendants available to sell tickets at the door. But, keep in mind that buying your ticket through the online system allows for quicker check-in process at the gate and has fast pass ticket options.

What are Fast Pass tickets?Fast Pass is an upgrade option for quicker access through a dedicated lane, significantly reducing wait times—especially during busy weekends and holidays. When you arrive at the show, simply follow the signs to the right lane for a speedy check-in with your Fast Pass ticket.

Is the cost per person, or per vehicle?Per Vehicle. You do NOT need to purchase a ticket for everyone in your vehicle. As a reminder, no buses, limos, duallys, or RVs are permitted.

Is there a wait to get into Winter WonderLights?We work diligently to keep the wait time to a minimum; however, we do experience higher volumes on holidays & weekends. You may also purchase an Fast Pass which allows you access to a quicker lane into the show.

What types of vehicles are allowed?Normal-sized passenger cars, trucks, suvs, & minivans ONLY. We cannot accommodate buses, duallys, limos, large vans, or RVs. MAX vehicle clearance is 8'0"

Can I get out of the vehicle to take pictures?No. Winter WonderLights is a complete drive-thru experience and you are not allowed to exit your vehicle.

Do any of the lights flash?Yes. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Consumer discretion is advised.

How do I listen to the music at Winter WonderLights?You will need a functioning FM radio in your vehicle to hear the music that is played throughout the property. The specific station will be noted on signage when you arrive.
